Mike Dillon currently serves as senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary for Adobe where is responsible for global legal affairs, public policy interests and compliance operations. His corporate legal experience spans both established and emerging growth companies. He is a member of the State Bar of California.
Hilary Bricken helps cannabis companies of all sizes with their business law needs. Bricken is not a criminal defense attorney; her primary focus is helping cannabis businesses navigate the increasingly confusing and murky legal climate surrounding Washington state medical and recreational cannabis laws. She has represented clients struggling with a host of common problems in the industry, from business license denials, revocations, and injunctions to land-use disputes and moratoria on cannabis businesses. She also helps these companies with more routine business matters, like choosing the appropriate company entity, protecting their intellectual property, and drafting their contracts.
Garrett Barten is a Registered Patent Attorney with Christopher & Weisberg, P.A. in Fort Lauderdale, FL. He is licensed to practice law in Florida, the District of Columbia, New York and Pennsylvania and devotes a large portion of his practice to the preparation and prosecution of patent applications in the medical device, life science, and mechanical areas. Garret earned his B.S. in Biological Engineering from Cornell University.
Desiree Moore is the founder of Greenhorn Legal, LLC and the author of Thrive – A New Lawyer’s Guide to Law Firm Practice (ABA Bestseller, 2012). Desiree is also an adjunct professor of practical skills courses at Loyola University Chicago School of Law and University of San Francisco School of Law. Joseph Sanscrainte. is the author of the American Teleservices Association’s Self-Regulatory Organization’s Standards for the Teleservices Industry, as well as the two online compilations of state and federal telemarketing laws currently available. Mr. Sanscrainte is a regular speaker on teleservices issues, and has been quoted in such diverse publications as The Washington Post, USA Today, and Phone+ Magazine, and has been profiled by The National Law Journal.
Stephen Tuck graduated in Law and Arts from Monash University in 2002 and is a lawyer with Riordan Legal in Shepparton, Australia. He has represented plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury litigation for the last ten years. He has written and published on different aspects of personal injury practice and is a member of Law Institute of Victoria and an associate member of the American Bar Association.
